MY STORY

How I started...

 

I have always had an interest in baking since I was old enough to know what I was doing with the oven. When I decided to take a cake decorating class with a friend, 6 years ago, I didn't think anything of it, until I started doing it more. I am still learning but I learn better as I do.

 

I now bake every cake for my two girls birthday parties and any chance I can bake for family gatherings. I make sure every cake is as perfect as I can get it or it does not leave my house till I am satisfied.

 

Some people find baking stressful and messy. I find it comforting and relaxing. I put my heart and soul into my cakes and cupcakes. I love trying new things and new flavors together. If i'm not challenging myself then I feel like im not doing enough for the customer.
